I took my 2004 Honda CRV in 3x for them to repair an issue with the Check Engine light. I had AutoZone do a diagnostic check each time, and the same code was given each and every time, which pertained to the emissions system. First time, Professional Radiator thought a gas cap needed replaced, so they did that. Two days later, light came back on, had the diagnostic scan run, same thing. 2nd time, a caliper replacement. Two days later, light came back on & same code. 3rd time, I was rather upset that I was throwing money at a problem they couldn't fix, they said it had to do with the fuel tank... but, it would cost me another $300-$400. I've already thrown $600 at this issue and I don't have money to keep giving these guys to screw it up.

Randy, if my $600 really means that much to you more than keeping the business of me and my family, then by all means, you keep that $600 because you've lost our business!

Was quoted one price then they called said they had wrong engine size and doubled the quote. They told me the bigger engine that i had the parts were more expensive. Called around for parts and found out this wasnt true. When i called them back with this information they refused to do it for original quote even when i offers to purchase parts and bring it to them. Never will use them ever !!
