First time dealing with Mahone's. I will be back any time in the future I need tires. Larry was very helpful in finding the best tire for my car and budget. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Had a car part fixed there and two weeks later the part went out. Tried to take it back to have them fix it and they refused. Poor service.

Terrible service! Had my tie rod done there and it went out in three months. I called them and they told me I never had my car done there! A bunch of crooks!

I used to have good service every time I came to Mahones. My recent experiences however have been very lacking. Each time I have been sent there by the dealership that sold me the vehicle they have no idea why I am there. They try to bill me for the repairs that were done when the dealership is the one that made my appointment and notified them that I would not be paying. What really set me off was that they did not bother to call to let me know my alignment was done. Nearly 2 1/2 hours later I had to call to find out.
