I moved into my new apartment on 9/02/16. Before moving, from GA, my SO and I tried to require service. Dominion claimed they could not find our new address. Every time we called, they had a new excuse not to set us up. Since they "couldn't find the address", they needed the meter number. Ok, gave them the info. Then they said they needed a copy of our lease agreement. Ok, landlady faxed it over. Now they're wanting a set-up fee. One excuse after another! It's now 9/07 and I still don't have gas service, I'm starting to get sick from having to take COLD showers, my laundry and dishes are not getting cleaned properly because there's no hot water, and I'm going broke having to buy food out because I can't cook on my gas operated range! All I want is gas service, is that too much to ask???
