This dentist and all the staff are fantastic! caring and great work on my grandsons front tooth as he broke it off after a scooter accident. You will not be disappointed with her or her staff,

They do not treat kids of other cultures the same as "white" children please dont take your children here its a sugar coated racist place.

Staff are incredibly rude. If you accidentally miss your appointment, be aware that they will kick your child out of their office. My son did exceptionally well with Erin, and we liked going, but because we were in the middle of a move I missed his appointment so HE is the one who ultimately loses, and that's sad. They didn't seem to be sensitive at all to the fact that he might not get a good cleaning elsewhere. My son has failing enamel and it's important, he doesn't do well in situations where he is uncomfortable and doesn't know the staff. They care more about some "boldface" policy they say everyone is aware of and that is far from the truth, other people I know who see Dr. Branham are also unaware of this policy, that we all apparently signed. I decided that we are going to start taking our son to the pediatric dentist at Nationwide in Columbus, and we'll take our daughter there too. They say we can reschedule in 12 months, but I don't care to. Honestly, the office is kind of cool because it is geared toward children, but I have no interest in dealing with an office who can't understand that sometimes life happens. Erin is decent with kids, but she can sometimes be condescending and rude and her office staff are abysmal in attitude. All in all, I am incredibly unsatisfied with their service.



** Also did want to mention that Erin filled one tooth on my son, but didn't want to mess with part of it that also eventually started decaying, so now that tooth needs to have work again.

Rude staff! Will NEVER go back.

My children love this dentist. The staff has always been very polite and helpful.

The front desk staff was very polite and the office was nice with lots of toys and movies playing but once it got to dealing with the nurses and doctor it was not pleasant. It was my kids first trip to the dentist because we had just moved and getting insurance set up. Well my kids were freaking out and the nurse did try to calm them but as soon as they discovered that my son had some cavaties they were very rude to me and treated me like I was a horrible mother. It was a terrible experience. I would not recommend them unless your children always have perfect teeth.

Both of my children go to this dentist and have been for years. The entire staff is very professional, polite, and willing to accommodate everyone's needs. Highly recommend!!!

Well lets just say the phone experience with the receptionist told me all I needed to know about the practice itself. She was very anxious to get me off the phone for starters. I explained to her that I needed to make appointments for my children. She spent nearly 10-15 typing information in only to discover my children were over 6 yrs of age, which is the age limit that they accept children. Hint: When KINDLY and POLITELY scheduling new patients in, you should always be upfront about any limitations, restrictions and insurance carriers, especially when you have a patient asking specifically. After the scheduling gone wrong I let the receptionist know I am an experienced Dental Assistant myself with over 11 years experience and that she needed to take a dental/medical customer service course to learn how to communicate and relate to patients more professional than she did. There is no way i would send my child here to see the Dentist where the receptionist was unfriendly, cutting me off before I could even reply or ask questions, and just plain incompetent in handling front desk duties.
