loved the the color but the cut was absolutely horrible. Showed a picture of what I wanted ( I do realize that you can't expect exact likeness), it was nothing, not even close to what I wanted. However, one side looked good ( a nice semi-exaggerated angle, but the other side was cut straight across. When I pointed it out, she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about but agreed to try to fix it. The end result was hacking at my hair, looks like a chunk is missing (doesn't even somewhat go with the rest of my hair). When I got home I took further examination of my hair, the back of my hair is crooked and again not what I wanted. It's like my hair has bi-polar, I have three hair styles in one. Extremely upset. I will not be back but if anyone is reading this.....can you please recommend a hair stylist that is honest, great at trendy, short hair cuts. She was really nice but shouldn't have said she is great with a particular cut that she has no experience with.

The best stylist and colorist there is Bethany Kay. I'd follow her anywhere!
