        Parts Dept.-doesn't know a lot

        I needed a PCV valve for my 2005 Toyota Sienna. I drove to there dealership for the part and the parts department gave me the part they said was the one I wanted. I took it home and found out it was the wrong one. I wnet back for the second time to get the correct one and was told that they had given me the right one. I went home and tried it again. It was definitely the wrong part. I went on line, printed out the info on the part I needed and took this info to Bredeman's parts department. They still told me they had given me the right part even though I had proof that they were wrong. I got my money back and will get the part elsewhere. They did not apologize or give me anything for all my trouble. I think they wanted to install it themselves for big bucks. All I got was the "run around".
