General Info:
Although much has changed (now three locations and a microbrewery), we remain firmly dedicated to our original goal provide our customers world-class handcrafted beer and food in a warm, friendly environment. As Squatters grew we embraced the Triple Bottom Line philosophy of People Planet Profit. We source healthy ingredients and use environmentally friendly products and services from within our local eco-region. We develop long-term relationships with farmers, growers and suppliers so we know exactly what is, and is not, in the products we buy. We choose to support local non-profit organizations. We buy BlueSky wind power and are continuously working to reduce our carbon footprint. We believe these and other practices contribute to a healthy community and environment, locally and globally, making our city a better place to live, work, and drink world-class Squatters beers.

Where should I start? The menu. The menu is all over the place. It's almost like it's the owner's favorite food "menu". You can get shrimp and tuna ceviche, edamame, jambalaya, bison burger or shrimp fettuccine all at once from this restaurant. The sad part is, none of them are cooked from fresh food, mainly all from frozen food. Great and friendly service but unfortunately their food are just terrible.

Actually, Noneofyour, as a long time regular I can tell you that virtually all of the food is prepared, in-house, from scratch. All of the protien is fresh never frozen. The meats are all from high-quality, free-range sources. The ceviche: made fresh in house, the fettuccine: sauce made in house from scratch, the bison burger: top quality, never frozen and even the buns are delivered daily from a local bakery, the Jambalaya (my favorite): everything from the sauce to the seasoned rice to the annoduille sausage, all prepared from scratch in house.

You shouldn't go spouting of about things you clearly know nothing about.

I expected more from Squatter's

I have eaten there several times since it opened. I really was excited, since Park City needs more casual dining and Squatters down town SLC is so great. I am really dissapointed in the variety on the menu and the prices are high for what you get. Come on, I know this could be better.

Good Nachos, bad service

You gotta love Full Suspention Pale Ale, but you don't have to love a lazy server that won't bring you a fork for your entree that the chef had to bring to your table while you can spy her sitting at the bar flirting with the line cooks. Good thing the nachos were good otherwise there is no reason for attempting to enjoy yourself in such an unfriendly place. Half-ass service seems to be acceptable to the management, good thing the euro's are used to not tipping because the lazy blonde girl doesn't deserve it.

not a good choice for breakfast

The breakfast menu at Roadhouse is very small and overpriced. Pancakes are $7. Want eggs? Add $4. Want bacon? Add $4. So for $15 you can get pancakes, eggs and bacon. This is not a fancy restaurant, just a diner off the highway. Go to Main street and get a better (and cheaper) breakfast at the Morning Ray.

This was our first stop in Park City. A very disappointing start. The food was pretty awful. The French onion was what seemed to be canned onion soup with (store bought type)croutons on top.

Good Food, So-so Atmosphere

My husband and I always make at least one trip to Mt. Air when we're in Park city. Pretty good food, lots of it, reasonable prices and okay service. Not the best place in Park City for breakfast, but if you're in a hurry, they're pretty fast.

Diner-style breakfast

On weekends, there's usually a line for breakfast at this greasy spoon. It's not the cleanest of places, but the food is satisfying after a day of skiing in Park City.
