Great service, excellent skis, five stars for Skis on the Ru

I just spent a week in Park City, Utah and rented skis from Skis on the Run. From the phone call to reserve my skis to arranging when they'd be dropped off to when they'd be picked up, it was a five star operation all the way. Very convenient, especially if you have children. The skis I rented were the perfect length and I was very happy with them in powder, packed powder and even in slushy conditions. Friendly staff, wonderful customer service. Their motto could be ""We Put Customers First"". Skis on the Run goes above and beyond to make ski rental a very easy, convenient experience. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to all my friends.

Easiest Way to Rent Skis

With 3 kids, it can be difficult managing the ski rental process in local rental shops. It's NOT difficult when your ski rentals are delivered to your hotel by a team of smiling facing willing to go the extra mile to make sure you don't have to lift a finger (or boot or ski!). We had an amazing experience with the friendly staff at Skis On The Run, from reservation to pick up. HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

I have been renting from Skis on the Run for the past 6 years. The staff is exceptional. The cater to all your needs. ( they bring a bag of the items you seem to always forget from hand warmers to socks and gloves. Who couldn't use another pair of socks) I love the fact that I have been using the same equipment only newer and better every year. I feel that the boots belong to me. They make it easy and a pleasure to ski. The delivery is easy and so is the pick up...thumbs up all the way...

The Best Ski Rental

Have rented from Skis on the Run three times. My experience each time was perfect. These folks are great in every regard. The equipment is great, updated every year, they deliver to your door and pick up from your door, and the rates are better than at the slopes. I leave my equipment at home (except for my helmet) and end up saving on the huge airline checking fees. They make sure you are happy with the equipment rented, and the will meet you at the slopes if you have problem -- I never have had a problem.

Great experience with Skis on the Run in Deer Valley. They were on time, fast and delivered a perfect fit for all four of our group. In fact, the boot fit was so great I bought the boots! Will always use this service where and when available when we ski.....

Service and equipment are impeccable!! This was our first experience with Skis On The Run and we will definitely use them again next year. My husband had an issue with his boots being too small and hurting and they came out that same day we called and refit him with new boots that were excellent for the rest of our trip. The staff are super friendly, very prompt and extremely helpful. We hadn't been skiing for 15 years and had lots of questions...they answered every one! This is definitely the way to go! We have used Skis on the Run for the past 7 years and have always received excellent service and great equipment. They deliver and pick up at your home or hotel and have always been on time and saves a lot of time and hassle. They can change out equipment but we have always been pleased with what they provided and have not used this part of their service. When we are back in Park City next year we will use Skis on the Run again.

I highly recommend Skis on the Run to anyone who wants excellent service in ski rental deliveries. My husband and I used this service the week of Feb. 14, 2011 in Deer Valley. The service reps were prompt and knowledgable. My husband wanted to get different ski boots for day 2 of skiing. The Skis on the Rep came promptly that morning with several options of different boots. His new boots were great and there was no extra charge. On day 2, I injured my thumb and needed to not ski for one day .... no problem .... Skis on the Run accomodated me and I wasn't charged ski rental for that one day. Repeat Customer AGAIN

We once again returned to Deer Valley and used Skis on the Run. This time Mother Nature gave us a run for our money getting to Utah which allowed me to see another side of every company we had booked with and every one of them passed with flying colors. Our flight that connected in Denver was canceled last minute due to 20+ inches of snow which left me scrambling to get all of our reservations changed so we could arrive the following day. All it took was a quick phone call and everything was rescheduled with Skis on the Run. When we arrived they were there on time and had all of the equipment we had requested (including helmets a new must for us) they were in and out and we were on our way to the slopes. Sounds like a perfect day to me!

Skis on the Run is the only way to fly

after a disaster ski rental at DV rentals, Skis on the Run saved my short ski trip. DV only rents Rossignol, which I sure are fine unless you rent the Demo Performance package. Those skis are terrible. They are square on the shovel end and have metal caps with screws that catch together in a lock position when the skis cross. I ski with my skis close together and these skis crossed a lot. Three times in the moguls I found the tips of those skis hooked together and I could not separate them. I finally began working on them on the lift and discovered I could easily hook them together there too. \r \r I ditched those skis at the end of the day and DV gratiously accepted their early return. Desperate for different skis, I called Skis on the Run. What a relief. Really nice people, 9 brands to choose from, quick delivery to my condo by a real pro who set them up prefectly and the second day on the Volkl's was just perfect. What a difference in the skis. What a difference in the ease of receiving and giving back the skis.\r \r And get this. Their price was $5/day less than DV ! Man, how can you beat that ? More convenient, better skis and cheaper. Who says you can have fast, cheap and good all at the same time. These folks are the best !

Why would anyone use any other ski rental company???

We have used Skis on the Run for our last two trips to Park City, and cannot imagine why anyone would use any other rental company. Ski techs come to your place of lodging, fit you, provide you with any extras you forgot (ski socks in our case 2 years ago!), and then come back and pick everything up. No waiting in lines!!! Hassle free, and the office staff is also phenomenal - they have bent over backwards on both occasions to make sure all of our needs, even those beyond renting equipment, have been met. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Convenient Ski Rental amidst a crowd of many shops

This was THE most convenient part of planning our entire honeymoon. We literally picked up the phone at 9 AM had a 2-5 minute conversation and by 5 PM that night, there was a knock on our door and 5-7 minutes later we had skiis next to our fireplace and the staff was gone. It was soooo smooth and efficient. The staff was friendly and poof they were gone and we had skiis for four days. The skiis fit us perfectly based on our 2 minuted phone conversation, I was impressed. On the last day they arrived on the dot at 4:30 like we told them and 30 seconds later they were out the door. Unbelievable experience. Will definitely do it again.

Best Ski Rental Experience We've Ever Had

We came out for Spring Break and used Skis on the Run for the first time. We had our kids with us and it really made a difference in our ski trip. For us, everyone was outfitted with what seemed to be great equipment. The staff was very great and relative to other delivery services the prices were great. We'll use them every time we come back to Deer Valley.

Good service but average equipments

We selected their ""Elite"" equipments and what a disappointment !?! The skis were old and in in relative bad condition, full of scratches. While the delivery was perfect, no follow up the next days was made. It is quite surprising knowing that if you pay for the service, you expect something better. I complained to them on the phone, they ""appreciated"" the feedback... guess what, nothing came out of it... Next time, we'll go elsewhere.

Skis on the Run makes renting equipment easy and convenient. They give you individualized attention when and where you want it. Right from my first contact with them, their reservations staff was knowledgable and helpful. They delivered our equipment at 9 pm at night so we were free to head right to the slopes in the morning. And then when my son was ready to switch to longer skis, they met us right at the base of the chairlift! And the equipment is the best I've ever rented anywhere! They provide an excellent service and they know how to do it well. And even on time!
