SOOOO Glad that Silver Creek was…
SOOOO Glad that Silver Creek was available for my emergency! When no other clinic would fit in my pet with a huge cut on his side, Silver Creek got me right in and took awesome care of my bleeding dog and made me feel like I was in good hands. They are the best and I will return!

front desk staff is useless
When called with a reminder of my appointment I was given the wrong time. I showed up at the time they said to come and was told that my appointment was later.
I asked if I could leave them there for the hour to which they said no, when in the past I have always been able to drop off my dogs and pick them up later.
I was flustered at this point as I had struggled and made arrangements to get there at the incorrect time that they told me to be there and even while witnessing my struggle and frustration they offered no assistance or solution to the problem THEY had created. They couldn't keep them there for 1 HOUR?!? Not even a "sorry" or any attempt to come up with a solution.
I had to cancel my appointment and they were equally unhelpful in the reschedule.
I had been a happy customer for nearly 10 years there but I am done with them. I have had numerous complaints from friends that took their animals there that the level of service had changed, prices were skyrocketing, and other complaints re the service, and I am not one of the unhappy customers. -
I have all thke time in the world to wait for you....
I have just returned from Silver Creek Animal Clinic. The trip itself was an hour plus rounf trip. When I got to the clinic, 10 minutes early, I did the check in thing and I was asked to take a seat, "it will be just a minute or two". I had made an appointment. 50 minutes later, I still had not seen the vet, nor been advised that the vet was running late and in the mean time trying to sooth the poor unfortunate kitten that was confined in the travel crate. Most of my time spent, uselessly, was in the waiting area. Then an assistant, I assume, finally ushered me into an exam room. 15 minutes later, I put my tramatized kitten back into the crate and left. No services received. My goodbye from a front counter consisted of "I'm sorry." Truly the most useless statement in the English language.
The moral of this story? Don't go there if you intend that your pet will be seen at the appointed time. And be prepared to watch while other people, who came in way AFTER you did, get served before you.
