I travel to the SLC/Park City area fairly often and have been to Redrock a few times - mostly with friends and once by myself. Good experiences at the SLC location, twice in PC. My last visit was for a solo dinner. I was shocked by how poorly I was treated dining alone. I asked for patio dining and was placed at the table at the very end of the outdoor dining area, even though many others were open. My waiter was almost non-existent. I had to ask multiple times for my beverage.\r \r It was a decent place to go with a group of people, but this last trip really left a bad taste in my mouth. The restaurant industry in PC is too competitive to treat customers poorly.
