I think anyone interested in spa repair and who read the one bad review ought to know what REALLY happened. I have known these guys for over ten years and told them about the other review as they don't have a lot of time to play around on-line. Apparently some people who buy "big box store" spas that have cheap and discontinued equipment..need to understand that when they saved $1000 on the purchase of their cheap spa that some repairs are going to be hard or cost more!!!! DUH. Anyway, I have a property management company and use Quality Pool for all my homes with pools and spas. They do EXCELENT work, are always HONEST, show up on time and etc......That's why they have been around for almost 30 years!!!!!!! I will always use these guys.
DO NOT USE!! Terrible service technicians...rude, took personal calls, overcharged, DID NOT ACTUALLY REPAIR THE HOT TUB and left saying unless we authorized more time he fixed it "good enough"...nice language...oh ya, did I mention the swearing? The hot tub functions were now BACKWARDS...but I guess if he thinks it's "good enough" that must have been why I called for a repair in the first place---I always wanted a backwards working hot tub! Unless you like to be treated rudley, pay for a tech that takes his personal calls on your wallet and can't figure out how to pull up his pants...and DOESN'T actaully fix your hot tub, and OVERPAY for TERRIBLE service than DO NOT USE this company!!! The charges are ridiculous---their "drive time" rate equates to over $180,000 per year...and believe me they are NOT honest with drive time (they charge office to home, wheather or not they are going around the corner to the next service call or to lunch...). When I discussed these issues with the "owner" well, let's just say there must have been a training on rude customer service at this RIDICULOUS company! CALL ANYONE ELSE other than these guys...
