Not what I expected
I am unsatisfied with the service that Dr Kern provided. The office that Dr Kern works out of is an eye clinic. I took my son in to get some warts checked and removed. I had to hold my sons leg while sitting in an eye exam chair because there was no proper place for him to rest his foot. The bill ended up being over $200 and we were verbally quoted $82 prior to making the appointment. The doctor only spent 5 minutes and I felt that we were rushed out and they tried to get us to come back in 3 weeks! Also, no deduction was given for paying up front.

The visit was rushed (approximately 5 minutes). The bill ended up being over $200 even though we had been quoted $82 prior to making the appointment. Also, no deduction was given for paying up front.
