This place is terrible! We were trying to hurry back to Bear Lake to continue working late in the evening during late spring. We got there and waited 10 minutes for someone to come help us. After finally ordering our drinks we waited another 10 minutes to make our order. About 20 minutes later we got our salads (which they goofed and brought the wrong dressings). 30 minutes later we finally got our actual meals. We were all appalled at the lack of service at this place. We tried to warn a group of people that had just walked in and sat at the table next to us but they didn't take us seriously. They waited for 15 minutes until we the waitress finally realized they were sitting there. She was standing at the bar talking to her friend for the entire 15 minutes!!! Completely oblivious to the fact that there were newcomers waiting for her to come by. This place is absolutely pathetic. Go to any other restaurant nearby (there is another Italian restaurant just a few feet away) but do not waste your time here! You will regret it!

Love Cisero's! The dinner last night was as good as always,\r Very good service and hospitality. Our waiter made us feel very welcome. Enthusiastic & friendly!\r My Cioppino was excellent, the wedge salad was very tasty. My friend had the Minestrone soup and the Lasagna, everything was great!\r Very nice wine list, with affordable wines by the glass, numerous choices.\r Have been dining here for years, and never disappointed.\r I would recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and value.

Great food great ambiance great service .\r Cisero's wow what a find , We were staying at the Treasure Mountain Inn ( Great Place) which is right across the street and each night we would notice a mob of people milling around the front so we thought this can't be a bad thing . We went there on our last night and WOW this place is the BOMB !!!! The food was hot and fantastic (great red sauce on the Chicken Parm) even the kids pizza was yumbo !!! Lia our waitress went above and beyond to make our evening great she was an absolute joy . The ambiance was perfect and it even snowed . All I can say is Do Not let any negative reviews keep you from enjoying a visit to Cisero's that would be your loss . Go go go to Cisero's you will be glad you did !!! Mangia .

We had a dinner here for 6 people, 3 couples. We were surprised that the food is still so good after all these years. I think the last time I ate here was about 4 years ago, but have been eating here off and on for over 20 years because we own a second home near Park City. We loved everything. We had the Trio appetizer, which\r is grilled shrimp, calamari and grilled artichoke, it was really tasty. A great appetizer for a group.\r We ordered too much food but everything was excellent. I had the Chicken Marsala, ummm delicious. \r The wine list is very nice. We had a nice leisurely meal and it was truly delightful!\r Everyone was happy and talking about returning.

I went to Cisero's last night with a group of friends. The restaurant was fairly busy so we though we may have slow service. We actually had a very nice meal and the service was terrific. We felt that everything was timely. \r We were able to enjoy our cocktails and our wine came out with the appetizers which was perfect. The entrees were lovely and I loved my Penne Messina and Caesar Salad. We were all happy and felt the service was very professional. I will go back for sure.

Loved the Lasagna and the Cioppino!! We took our family of 5 here and they really did make us feel welcome. Toys and crayons for the younger kids, made it easy for us to enjoy our leisurely dinner. The wine list was great and the selection of food for everyone was especially welcome.

This place is great for both dining and nightlife, in one building. The food is really great and not too expensive. It is always good. The bar is fun, DJ's, bands, nice employees and always a great place for a fun night out. Nice crowd, not the over the top SLC wannabe's. I love to meet my friends there on the weekends.

This is truly one of the best restaurants in Park City with value for your money! The food is great, homemade like Mama makes and the portions are ample. We love taking the whole family because they have a great kid's menu and toys and crayon for the kids. It keeps them busy so the adults can enjoy themselves. And you don't need a coupon to make it a satisfying experience. The prices are very fair. Try the yummy Cheesecakes.

Average ""Italian"" restaurant. The food was OK, I thought some of the dishes were overpriced, but maybe that's just Park City in general. I would avoid this place just because the service is so poor, inattentive, pushy. We were told that the kitchen had ""run out"" of 2 of the entrees that we requested. Just not that impressed.

This is a great place for a romantic dinner or families. Excellent food and service. Fun place to dance afterwards too. Great bands in the nightclub.

I recently ate here with a group of 7 people. The food was good and prices quite reasonable. I had a chicken/pasta dish with chili peppers which was excellent. My husband had chicken picatta which he enjoyed, but said it was not as good as his granmother's. How can you beat an Italian grandma's cooking? So I'm not sure he was a fair judge. The service was good and the waiter was very attentive. We later went downstairs to the nightclub. After eating upstairs- 7 mind you, we still had to pay a cover charge to get in. Although the cover charge was reduced, it was still irritating. Mandatory coat check in ($1) also was required. The club itself was OK, the music was trendy and seemed to get the crowd going. So, I'd say the nightclub was fun, just be prepared for charges.

What a lovely surprise to find this gem on main Street in Park City. We are new to the area but will definitely make Cisero's a regular event. Delicious hearty food with very affordable prices. Great atmosphere and nice staff.

This is a really great place to eat. It's very busy in the ski season especially but worth the wait. The food is delicious and the portions are filling. My family loves it!

Because it's located almost at the top of Main St in Park City, some people probably don't make it, but next time you are in this town you should make the effort. We have and it's definitely worth the effort. Great hearty Italian food that is really authentic at very affordable prices. Delicious! Beautiful, but simple decor. Great kid friendly place.

A real surprise to find a restaurant of this quality in Park City with great food and affordable price. A real treat. Beautiful decor and friendly, professional service. The salad dressing is very tasty and the Eggplant Parmigiana was hearty and very good. My wife's Raviolis were to die for. We'll be back!
