I am a licensed and insured massage therapist and have been in practice since 2005. I have over 1,000 hours of education in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Strain/Counterstrain Method from the American Institute of Massage Therapy. I am a professional member with AMTA. I offer Reiki Treatment, and I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 2009.

I have a strong background in anatomy and yoga, which I use to assess your needs and help you reach your goals. I combine specific therapies with communication and education targeted at identifying daily activities that may be negatively affecting your body. I encourage and empower you to make subtle, but permanent changes to your lifestyle.

I've helped many clients alleviate their pain associated with common issues such as tendonitis, chronic low back pain and headaches. I've also had the honor of working on professional athletes at the International Ironman Championship in Hawaii.
