The meats are all from high-quality, free-range sources. The ceviche: made fresh in house, the fettuccine...more: sauce made in house from scratch, the bison burger: top quality, never frozen and even the buns are delivered daily from a local bakery, the Jambalaya (my favorite): everything from the sauce to the seasoned rice to the annoduille sausage, all prepared from scratch in house. Food ended up being terrific, the server sounded a little over friendly but ended up being helpful. I am not sure I'd think of it as my preferred place, but I'll certainly be back here for sure.
