I like the instructors and find that I can talk to them very easily. I ask a lot of questions and they do seem to have the patience however there are certain members of staff who lack professionalism and respect. In my opinion It would be so much better if there was more communication with in the staff in order to be organized (seems it's getting better). It can also improve if certain staff members had people skills (take basic training if possible), would stop being sarcastic, hypocritical, and understanding of a parents concerns and sometimes lack of knowledge of the Art, when asking questions; including but not limited to belittling when talking to parents and/or when on the phone and making certain comments right in front of them when it's so obvious instead of getting right to the point, leaving the gossip at home or for break time! Even though my personal experiences as a parent and client with the company aren't so pleasant, I have faith my child will accomplish the highest level of training the center offers because the instructors are good!
