        When you come back to your home town to remodel your moms house I guess you expect the same kind hearted advice as what is now Ace aka Gazaway Lumber..across from Corporate Lowes, but obviously there's a big difference between home grown hardware stores and corporate hired employee's. I only chose Lowes bc Ace was closed. Checking out with over $500 in merchandise at 5 past closing equals disgust and complete disregard for customer service. Stick w/home grown. Don't let corporations ruin or roll over your hometown!

        Great place to shop and some knowledgeable people, but it is almost impossible to get any help over the phone without being transferred around 5 times and/or sitting on hold forever literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL. Also gets old being told they don't sale something just because they don't know what I'm talking about when I know they sale that item.
