This business packed three boxes for mailing from Arkansas to Arizona. Two of these boxes contained glassware.....crystal, Fenton,etc. Most of these expensive pieces were only wrapped in newspaper with bubble wrap. Only a small percentage had the plain, newspaper used for wrapping around them. Each of the three pieces that were broken had only newspapers and bubble wrap for wrapping. On one of them, the bubble wrap was not even secured. Remarks from the person that wrapped these things are that the person delivering them to the store told them to only put bubble wrap around them. Knowing this person, I find that statement to be totally and uncompletely untrue. IF it is true, the store is the professional wrapper and should have known how to wrap correctly. There was certainly enough money paid to them for insurance and packing that it should have been done in the right way. I would never use them again, nor refer them to anyone else.
