Morgan's Auto Inc

Bought a front end assembly for a customers car from them. They said everything would be the same, it wasn't. They would not refund any money at all, because he said they never do refunds. The manager has absolutely no business dealing with the public. He was not only rude to me but he talks to his help like they are dirt under his feet. If you are looking for honest, polite and generally good people, do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.

I ordered a part. They never sent it out, they never called me to tell me it wasn't sent out . Never told me it wouldn't be sent out. Just left me sitting here for a week waiting for a part that was never on its way. Then lied to me telling me they called me 2 or 3 times. I had no missed calls nor any voice mails. Never order from them. you wont get your parts.

Terribly unprofessional. Worked with them b2b and had the worst experience. They misrepresented the job and cost me and my company over a thousand dollars. They hung up on me after telling me I didnt know s#it about the business that I own and operate (also told me I wasn't a "cowboy".. ok?) Ive sold cars, Ive built cars, Ive detailed cars, I race cars, and I now transport cars. So yes I do know something about the business. I always stay professional with my clients under any circumstances. Can't say the same about Morgan's. Avoid at all cost.
