        extremely poor service

        Remember your old 14.4 dialup modem? It was lightning fast compared to Xiocom service in Panama City Beach at the Majestic Towers. Service and tech support is zero. Bring lots of 1st class stamps because sending a letter is faster than this junk service. And yes, Xiocom has had weeks to address this abnd has proven themselves in competent.
