        Overall

        Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone. Don't know how to treat customers. After begging and waiting for weeks to get a tree removed didn't showed up when promised and didn't even had the decency to call. Wasted over a month waiting and waiting to get a simple job done. Won't recommend to anybody.

        The entire Gulf Coast Tree Specialists Team works like a well-oiled machine! I had a very large, old oak next to my house, and they came in and took it down with such precision that I was blown away. Also, they clean up after themselves--it's like they were never even there, except your tree is gone. These guys are the best! I wouldn't think of using anyone else for hazardous tree removal.

        We've used some other local tree services over 38 years, but we've used Gulf Coast Tree Specialists for over 10 years now and they are, unequivocally, THE BEST. We don't even get other estimates anymore. These guys work quickly, hard, safely, and CLEAN UP after themselves! You can't go wrong with this company. Oh - and we are NOT related in any way, we just have gotten to know them we've used them so often and they've ALWAYS been MORE than satisfactory.
