This is a very poorly run practice. I called to cancel an appointment 5 hours before the appointment because of an emergency with my dog and was told I would be charged a 50 dollar fee. I office manager was very unprofessional both on that day and when I called to speak with the doctor who owns the practice. She says he "refused" to take my call and I could only talk to her. Personally I wanted to clear it up with the owner of the practice. I won't be going back, and my dog died, so it was indeed an emergency- wouldn't you say? Horrible Patient Care!
