I knew they were the best in town, but now that the Better Business Bureau awarded them with an Honorable mention for the 2018 Torch Award for Ethics, its confirmed! This is truly a shop that demonstrates trust, performance and integrity with each and every customer they serve!

Steve, the owner, was great. My driver's side A/C was/is having issues. I showed up at 3 in the afternoon, and he was nice enough to squeeze me in right away. After draining and recharging my A/C, he didn't even charge me for the service. Instead he told me to drive around for a few days and see if that solved the problem. Unfortunately, it did not so I called and he got me in as soon as he could. I left my vehicle for diagnostics, and he called and told me he thought he knew the problem, but his computer wasn't talking to my car. So instead of going to town on my vehicle, he told me it'd be a better idea to go to a dealer with the factory computer and find out exactly what the problem is. Bottom line, he (and his staff) are all top notch. He could've charged me an arm and a leg on two separate occasions. But instead, he charged me nothing since he couldn't solve the problem. He is a very honest individual and I think I'll look to him first for any future vehicle maintenance issues. Thanks again Steve, I hope you read this and understand how much I appreciate your help. I went in because I had several lights regarding my brake system, and stabilizers. I clearly did not know what I was talking about but they were extremely patient with me and found out what was wrong with my car in a very timely manor.

This shop does a great job of taking care of customers. We have never had a long wait and have never had to go back after the vehicle has been fixed. We have used Emerald Coast Auto Repair at least a dozen times on different vehicles with great results every time.
