Should have negative stars. They sold me a 2013 Suburban and told me I had 60 days to find any problems and bring it back so they can fix it. 2 weeks later, brakes were making grinding noise and truck was bouncing during braking. Took it in (about 300 miles later) and they rotated rotors. Problem didn't stop. Took it back and they rotated them again. Bouncing stopped and grinding noise stopped temporarily. Grinding started again and they are now telling me the rear rotors, pads and calipers are all bad and they want $1100 to fix. They said we've now put too many miles on it and it's past the 60 days. Well, DUH!!! You didn't fix it the first 2 times I took it in. Bill Cramer waited until it was past the time allowed to deal with and fix the actual problem. The assistant manager was rude and disrespectful. Kept interrupting me when I was talking. Raising his voice and came close to calling me a liar. He said that this info isn't on the ticket so I didn't actually address this problem before. I can't help what they write on the ticket but they were told about these problems. I also don't stand there in the garage while they are doing their job to make sure everything they find goes on the ticket. How am I supposed to know the calipers are causing the problem? They are the ones doing the inspection. Jeff in the service department tried to work with me but the assistant manager wanted to be "not nice". They sold me a vehicle with bad brakes and they won't fix it. Their inspection ticket they fill out before it goes up for sale says brakes were inspected. Clearly that wasn't true or they new they were bad and didn't want to fix it. I would feel more comfortable going to a shady used car dealer that wore a mask, worked from a warehouse, only took cash, and grinded all the serial numbers off. Never buy from Bill Cramer unless you like getting the shaft and enjoy being lied to.

Way over priced...there are many other options in town. They advertise that they will buy your used vehicle from you but don't fall for this as they will offer you well below trade in value....they will have a laundry list of things that will devalue your car but they will turn around and have it back on their lot for 2-3 thousand dollars above retail. They don't have much of a used car inventory either.

Im a true chevy fan, but these guys are over priced. I bought a new 2014 1500 and it has been full of problems. there service center is the worst. they tell people to come get there car or truck and it wont be repaired or they wont find anything worng.

From start to finish Bill Cramer was awesome! I purchased a 2015 GMC Terrain last month from Patrick Kelly. I arrived at the dealership with an idea of what I wanted but Patrick helped me get into a nicer trim level for just a little bit more money. The Terrain was the right color on the outside but was the wrong color so Bill Cramer found a leather kit with the right color and installed it. The quality of the installation of the leather and service was beyond my expectations! I will be referring this dealership to everybody I know.

The experience was simply and easy. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased on this lot (2 was when it was Tommy Thomas). Everyone was helpful, kind, and understanding.

Overall

Just took 2009 Impala to their new quick service center for an oil change and was in and out within 30 minutes or so. Better than going on the other side and waiting with others that have problems with their car. Haven't had any major issues with their service. Took car in because was having trouble starting a month or so ago and besides fixing that problem they also did the recall maintenance on it without being asked.

Not so great! I bought a 2013 Silverado and it has been to the shop numerous times! Bad water pump, driver seat problems and now oil leaks from the maintenance they provide. The service writer with the last name of Lacey (cant remember the first name)(Chris or Kevin) is a brown nose liar! He is nice to you in the face but doesn't have a clue of what he is doing. I hate that I got a truck that love and have to take it here.

From my initial phone to call to my final purchase & beyond, my experience was wonderful. I worked with David McDonald who saw to my every need. He even took the time to reach out to me after I purchased my care to make sure I was happy.

I would recommend, with no hesitation, Bill Crammer & David McDonald to anyone to considering make a new car purchase.

I would give no stars if I could!

This past weekend my younger sister and I visited Panama City for a wedding. We drove in from Alabama on Friday and when I got to Panama City my car started making a terrible noise and the check engine light came on. I immediately called my dad and he said take it to GMC right now. So we showed up to GMC at 430 (they close at 6). We were greeted by Scott Partee, I told him our situation and refused to help us or even look at my car said I would have to return in the morning. I offered to make an appointment and he said I did not need to. So Saturday morning we showed up at 8am and again greeted by the rudeness of Scott Partee. Told him AGAIN what had happened and he said they would see what was wrong. We sat in the waiting room with about 20 others and after about an hour and a half he came told me what was wrong and left. In the meantime he was also very rude to an elderly gentleman who had been waiting before we ever showed up. After about 2 and a half hours (reminder I attempted to make an appointment) my car pulled up outside the waiting room. I waited about 5-10 minutes and walked to the service desk to ask Scott if it was ready and he rudely replied he had paper work to finish. Once he appeared to finish the paper work he took it to the cashier who was chit chatting with another employee. After another 5-10 minutes of standing and waiting a lady asked if I needed help and I said I was waiting for my paper work to check out, she said well just go to the cashier and Scott repeated her and said they would check me out. At this time I was livid! I said well it would have been nice for someone to tell me what I needed to do, and some younger blonde woman(who's name I unfortunately do not remember) was so unbelievably rude to me and insisted on arguing with me that they were all so busy and were just having a bad day and that is why they had terrible customer service! I chose not keep my mouth shut at this point pay and LEAVE with hopes to NEVER return!

My dad was also livid and attempted to reach Scott and/or any other service department employees but no one would speak with him, they also hung up on him several times. He eventually spoke with Chris Cramer in sales and explained the story to him, who said if we ever needed anything to contact him directly.
