Margaritaville - Panama City Beach

This is beyond the worst trip ever to a Margaritaville! After waiting almost 2 hours (which was expected) several groups that checked in after us had been seated... after talking to the groups none of them did the call ahead feature... the host couldn’t give an explanation as to what was going on. Upon being seated the girl explained that it is on ongoing problem and management won’t do anything about it. Hopefully management can get this corrected in the future

Worst dining experience we've ever had! From the messed up seating arrangements to taking forever to get our food and the appetizers came after the meal and the food was barely warm. No apologies and nothing taken off of our bill by them...horrible!!!!!!!

Food was not that great but atmosphere was nice. Had the cheeseburger and it was just okay. My husband had the Jamaican Mistaka wings and the were more sweet than spicy. Coco Cabana drink was better at Back Porch next door.

I went today with my husband and daughter.There really wasn't a wait and the only thing I must complain about is the host stands they were playing around cussing in front of my daughter and really weren't paying attention to us until my husband spoke up. We got to sit in a little decorative boat which my daughter loved. Our waitress was Jennifer I believe she was very sweet to my little girl which is huge to me and actually asked her questions instead of me :) Food was great pretty resonably priced compared to the rest of pier park. I will definetly visit again they just need to hire more mature people for up front.
