Dirty Dick's Crab House - Panama City Beach, Florida

The staff was very attentive with the exception to waitress was leaving my husband to gather other drinks or customers. First time while on vacation was asking question about the menu items and side items.
Ordered a glass of beer from the tap no prices. 2 glasses was charge 16.00 for 2 glass of beer. Talking to manager verbally changed price but charged same price. Just kept repeating no you ordered this ummm no we did not!!!!!! Stated clams had none.
. Also tip was added on but over recommended amount. So no thanks not impressed recommend look at receipt and reconsider restaurant.

#1 our waiter was absolutely no good. We visited on 3/22/2018 and brought a party of 8. We got charged over a 20% gratuity because we brought too many money spenders to the restaurant. Our waiter (Lucas) was not worth 5% as we watched people that arrived after us get even their hush puppies first. My wife asked for tarter sauce twice and ended up having it delivered by a much better waiter. It took 45 min to get our food that was not even that great. Complete disappointment!

Food was great, service not that good, I wil for sure eat there again. Food had a really good taste.

The soap in the lady's restroom is amazing.

The food was outstanding, featuring a delicious fish taco. The staff was friendly and efficient. Don't believe the bad reviews. This place rocks!

Overpriced, bad food, bad service.

First off make sure you do not have more than 7 people in your party or you get a 18% gratuity charge, also if you sub. something on your order, you get charged 1.50 to 2.50 extra. We should have known not to eat there, there was maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. My wife ordered the surf and turf, she ate some of the steak and a couple of bites of the crab cake. Something was not right with the crab cake. Our bill ended up being 76.00 dollars. The gratuity was already added on,which was 10 some odd dollars. Needless to say, before we could leave, she had already got sick. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I should have complained to managment right then or the next day, she was sick most of the next day, but I could tell that while we was there, that it wouldn't have done any good. We learned a good lesson, if the locals are not eating there, then stay away.

we thought this would be a fun place to go and have a nice but easy going dinner out.. we get in and get seated waiters and waitresses are mingling in the back while we sit and wait for about 10-12 minutes we finally go the hostess stand to get someone about 5 minutes later a girl shows up knows nothing about the menu and the manager was extremely rude. would much more recommend margaritaville, sharky's, pineapple willy's, captain andersons, etc. much better service and food!
