One of the teachers there - white bald skinny old dude (i think his name is Johnny) was nothing but RUDE and very unfriendly the minute I entered the studio. I was planning on signing up for the 6 month unlimited series and I was asking fair questions about their prices and what was the best package for me. One of the question I asked was if they offered student discounts since I have a faculty student ID card which I sadly didn't have with me at the time to show him. He then rudely and brutally asked which school I attended and what was I studying - he didn't even asked for the student ID, he just assumed I was lying which made me very uncomfortable. I am not a student indeed but I do have a valid faculty Stanford card which I can use as a student ID. I should've asked do you have any special discounts for faculty instead of student discounts and he should've asked for an ID vs putting me on the spot and making me very uncomfortable. No matter what the situation, customer is always king and ESPECIALLY at a yoga studio which should be nothing but friendly and welcoming.
