Great salads in infinate permutations

I work in Palo Alto and this is my #1 go-to lunch spot. Great salads, including pre-determined combos and custom salads you order with a checklist. My standard is the Howdy - butter lettuce, corn, red onion, white cheddar, roasted red pepper, avocado, and sliced roast tri-tip with bleu cheese dressing. The BIG caveat is that they are very, very, very slow at peak times. I've waited 30+ minutes for a to-go order. You can call ahead, BUT they don't let you jump to the front of the line, so you still have to wait. Bottom line is a recommendation with an asterisk. If a leisurely lunch of a great salad is what you seek, Sprout Cafe is well worth a try.
