This is the best Max's I've been to hands-down. The serivce is so much better than at any of the other ones. Go for dinner to hear some great singers as well. It's crowded and loud, but that just adds to the charm. Good food, a bit expensive, but worth it.

Max's chain of restaurants are one of my favorite to get great sandwiches, salads and soups. I'm a big lover of soups and their russian cabbage soup is excellent. They also have a very good Matzo ball soup. Their portions are so large and generous. They also have great bread rolls. I always eye their desserts, but never have room to order one. I suggest ordering one slice for a party of 4, cuz there is enough to feed all of you!

It's a great place to eat with kids or as a group. The food's simple and very tasty and the service, except at their busiest is usually very fast.
