Given Comcast's service reputation, I was not expecting a positive experience here. Kristina Rono quickly understood my issues and suggested solutions. I was able to reconfigure my service to lower my bill and actually add a phone line. Comcast is starting to get it right. Thanks Kristina.
Thi is a bright airy store that full of tech savvy Apple employees. They follow a well-constructed procedure to identify your need and get you to the right person for help. we have purchased products there been there for service. For service, it is best to have an appointment.
Best place in the area for electronics of all sorts, Pricing is generally very good and the return policy is easy and fair. The staff, in general, is helpful and know where specific products are but rather abrupt with their responses. I do not go there expecting technical help.
