Took 4 months to put in a transmission and the same day I picked up my Ford Explorer, the check transmission and O/D off light came on. Took vehicle to Aamco Teansmisson for a diagnostic and found 2 transmission codes indicating a bad transmission. Took vehicle back and after a month and a half of calling, trey said my vehicle was ready. Driving home the check transmission light and O/D off light came on right back on. Called the shop and went to voicemail. This place and the owner iare thieves! Have to take them to court for taking my money and not fixing my vehicle. Totally dishonest!! Stay away from this plac.

Worst service!!! They shouldnt even get 1 star. They have nothing but fake story's of why it takes them so long. They said a week to replace my motor and today it has been a month! I went over there and the motor was not even out yet. Nobody was working and Mike had nothing but lame story's of why they haven't started. Renae and Lisa ARE THE WORST OFFICE PEOPLE IN AMERICA! They don't care at all and hang up on you. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This place is a rip off. I took my car here for an engine job and a week later my engine blew up. He has poor customer service skills and doesn't care about his clients. He is disrespectful and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Please

Its a place were the workers are asked to pull a motor or trans with over 300,000 miles. and tell the customer it has only 32,000... They will say the they have the part and you need to pay up front first before you pick up the part. and you half to wait week after week to get your part due to them having to buy the part from auction just to get it to you... buy then your frustrated.. and when you get your part... Its usually the wrong one... Oh wait. Thats not all. the people that work on your vehical there... are not certified mechanics.. There illigal mexicans who know nothing of what they do.... These people make a living ripping people off in a bad economy... Do not go there... These people need to be shut down... Read the rest of the reviews... please

Took our money gave us the wrong part three times. Now they have our vehical for 2 months and everytime they claim to have fixed something there is another problem. BIGEST RIP OFF EVER. JUST A BUNCH OF THIEVES!

Don't ever go here I just bought a transmission from them and it is the wrong one for the van. I called them and they insisted that it is the right one even though they had to send their mechanic down to enlarge a hole in the fly wheel because it was out of line. We told them again that is wasn't the right one and they were suppose to send someone down to check it out. Well as of today the van still isn't working and when I called her for the 15th time and told her that it was the wrong transmission she said and I quote how do you know you aren't a mechanic and I told her that my mechanic was standing by me and said it was the wrong one for the 10th or 12th time. She was rude and I told her if something didn't happen son because the car has been down 2 weeks with the wrong transmission that I was going to have to take it to court. She then said don't threaten me lady and I told her it was not a threat and she hung up on me. The only thing I know to do now is take it to court and see what I can do. I still have to pay for the installation and now I have to get it taken out again. DONT GO THERE BAD BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!! I rated this with one star by accident it doesn't desirve even one star.

Do not do business with this comany. I purchased a transmission for $1,000.00 and it was no good. The paperwork I received from this place showed it had a 6 months warranty. I put the transmission in the truck a week after I purchased it. It would not shift out of 2nd gear. I had my truck towed to Transmission Shop and they put it in writing that the transmission that I purchased was no good. They still would not stand behind it. I filed a suit against them and they are dodging the Marshall delivering the court papers. They are nothing but a rip off and will take your money and give you junk for parts.

I ordered a engine wiring harness and computer for a 2000 Chevy S10 and got 2001 model year parts (not compatible) returned them and was promised the correct parts, but I can not get any time frame for them. ordered and paid for parts 3/23/2011 and received wrong parts 3/24/2011 returned parts 3/28/2011 called today 3/30/2011 and was told I would get the F**king parts when I get them. I asked nicely to please get me an ETA on the Parts and was told F%%K you Dan. At no time did I curse at the person or be rude. I asked for the parts or my money Back. they charged $350.00 plus tax $24.50. I would prefer to have the parts. what is my recouse???

These people are con artists; they will not refund your money or give you the correct part. Do not do business with them.

Thes people are very unproffesional and they will sell you junk.If you dont believe me call the better buisness beurea and see for yourself before you do buisness with them.Their rating sucks!It is an F.They have had 36 complaints in the last 3 years.I bought an engine from them and it was busted and they are not doing anything to make it right.She lies to me repeatidly,she hangs up the phone when i call and she always has an excuse why she cant make it right.Once again,Stay Away!!!!!!

We did business with A to Z Auto Salvage or more so they cashed our check for $1585.00 and did business for themselves. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT ORDERED. We sent out a check on September 15 and it cleared 2 days later. It is now December 1st and still have not recevied the transmission ordered. Every time we try to contact the business, when they answer, they listen and put us on hold to wait and never return to let us know if we will be receiving the part or a refund. We've emailed and called and still have not received anything, including any courtesy from this business.
