        The staff of Omega are professional, knowledgeable and treat their costumers with respect. My wife is always treated respectfully at Omega (witch is not always the case at other establishments). Omega also keep a large inventory of parts. The staff are helpful with questions when I have issues with equipment. I highly recommend this establishment.

        Very unprofessional. Lacking alot of customer service.Employees need to remember why they have jobs, cause if they keep telling there customers go somewhere else they wont have A JOB! I will never purchase anything from them again.
