Let me just start by saying this. If you need an honest, upfront, dedicated, professional and understanding person and company to help you along the meandering trail that the road towards Citizenship is Then you need look NO further than C-Visa and Mr. Karan Kler.

From the moment you enter his office, you realize that his office is extremely busy which means that obviously, people rely on him and C-Visa for their immigration needs. What is even more surprising is that most of the time Mr. Kler will see you then. You might wait for a little but he will almost all of the time be able to see you on the day that you initially come in.

The staff is all smiles, welcoming and warm which really helps calm one's nerves. Mr. Kler will sit you down ask you about you through conversation and not a sanitized questionnaire. His ability to retain details is astounding as not once did he write a storybook worth of notes when I initially met with him. After hearing about your situation and understanding your needs, he will then balance that against where you are financially and charge accordingly.

This is simply done because if he were to charge the industry standard legal fees, most if not all of the poor and financially strapped people that need help with their immigration paperwork would NEVER be able to afford ANYONE to help them. If you are not in financial dire financially dire straits you might pay more than the poor farmer sitting next to you but that is ok! You will still, even if well off NEVER pay the industry standard fees.

This is a place of warmth, help, and kindness targeted at helping the unrepresented. There is absolutely nothing wrong with paying more if you can afford it to help your fellow man that might not be as well off as you. To the lady Sharon L. ( I believe that was her name ), I cannot believe that you are so selfish as to complain that he charged you more than the poor family that walked in after you!? shame on you!

He came out to the parking lot and saw I drove an expensive car, he charged 5000, a mexican came in with a child and he quoted him 650...
He charges as he pleases and I find him to be very cocky......unprofessional

My experience with the C-Visa was excellent! The secretary and Mr. Kler were very helpful, they work with us from the beginning to make sure we have everything we needed for my mom's case, they explained how the process was going to be and gave us recommendations to made the case a success. There was always someone to help us and answer our questions to find out about the status of the case. Thank you so much to everybody In the office. Her case was approved without delays!!!! I have not complains at all, I recommended Mr. Kler and his staff to anyone that is in need of immigration services

I am very happy with the service of the C - Visa office. They are very affordable, extremely helpful, professional and very knowledgeable in their field. They do not charge consultations and there are no hidden fees or additional charges. No need for appointments, you can always walk into the office and be helped. Mr Kler helped me and my husband to get visa. All in the shortest possible period of time. I am so blessed and very happy for hiring him. He will always be my recommendation for any type of service with visa issues. He never charged for extra consultations we had and he will always answer your texts or calls no matter the time of the day.

We hired Mr. Klar to handle my husband's immigration from Canada. And I am so glad we did! The first time I called they asked us to just come in, no appointment necessary. We met with Mr. Klar who is absolutely delightful. He has the most infectious personality. He made what would normally be an unpleasant process to be really simple and painless. He helped us with all of our documentation and application. He knows the system so well he knew exactly how to expedite everything to make the process fast. My husband received his green card and we are so grateful for Mr. Klar and his team. We have now hired him to handle the immigration for my step-daughter.

This office claims to be a non-profit agency, but I think they charge more than what they're allowed. even worse, Atty Kler seems not to be licensed by the state of California and treats people disrespectfully.

I would like to thank Mr.Kler and his amazing staff you lady's know your stuff! But furthermore I am a previous client of this office. I have been placed on hospice ssdvie due to my medical conditions. I am paraplegic bed bound due to cancer. I have however one wish before I die or should I say go to rest in peace. That wish is to become a United States Citizen. But due to my health conditions I am bed bound and can't do these necessary things myself. I have a wonderful caregiver 24/7 and has been doing all the leg work for me on my behalf and I would not go to any other Atty. Mr. Kler and his amazing staff to assist me with my request. The director of C-visa is a fraud and a big lier!! He treats people like trash.
