After conducting extensive online research I scheduled my VIP appointment at Ferman BMW. I was greeted in a very timely and professional manner by the reception staff who quickly summoned my client advisor, Jim Krout. We spent about 4 hours test driving 3 different vehicles and going over the nuances and individual characteristics of each. I never felt pressured into a decision or hurried even though, by the end of it all, we were well past closing time. In the end I purchased the car I wanted a a very reasonable price. Three people stayed after hours to make this happen and, again, never made me feel like I was being a nuisance or an inconvenience. Jim, Alan Mazur and Robert Merchant were all incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making the sale under my terms. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car was beautifully detailed and ready for me to pick up the next afternoon. At that time Jim spent an additional hour with me inside the vehicle making sure all my questions had been answered and all the vehicles features had been explained. He helped set up my seat position, phone and BMW Assist. Thanks Jim, Alan, and Robert!

Phenomenal experience. I worked with Boris who also assisted my parents with their purchase a week prior. He was such a pleasure to work with. He gave viable options when purchasing my car, provided in details the features and benefits of the car that I ended up getting. He was not pushy at all and always met myself and my family with a smile and a great attitude. He was accommodating with my schedule to test drive and pick up the car and made sure that all items that I wanted on the car were taken care of right away. Michele, the internet manager, was very kind as well and welcomed us with a smile. Kevin, the sales manager, followed up quickly with a pulse check call to see how the experience was. The service there is impeccable (and I am a stickler for high levels of customer service especially with large transactions such as buying a car) and I will only trust Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor with the care of my car, even if that means driving 45 minutes to get things taken care of. I could have purchased my car from the Honda dealer 1 mile away but it was worth it to drive the 20 miles to get the phenomenal car buying experience. They responded to my True Car.com inquiry with a call as well as an email, set me up with a VIP appointment where I was greeted by Michele MacMinnon, Internet Manager, who introduced me to Joe Childers, Internet Sales Representative. They had already pulled the cars to the front that met my requests so we did not have to through the lot looking. Looking at a 2014 Civic Lx was a vast difference from my 1996 one and Joe was patient and took the time to go over all of the details with me. He even crawled in the trunk through the back seat opening to demonstrate that my 6' ladder would indeed fit. The team was courteous, respectful, and friendly. They worked with me in every repsect. Their customer service earned my business and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
