Goodwill Stores

OK stuff but always a long line to check out with only one cashier. Have walked out multiple times due to long wait.

Sadly, NOT like it use to be. I use to frequent the store on a steady weekly basis actually became very friendly with the employees slowly one by one they are all gone & so is the selection & fair pricing. Now most of the things that are really amazing are oONLY online and the pricing is astronomical I used to get all my pocket books there for anywhere from 1 to $5...now I see some for $30++×....I DEF believe in helping the community and still donate to them but one has to keep in mind that everything they're selling they received 100% FREE!!- so when you go to a store and you no longer can afford to get your kids a couple outfits there for svhool, I think something's wrong. It's supposed to be FOR the community, I think corporate has forgotten that. The good news is there are so many other great thrift stores, such as Alpha on route 100 and the Humane Society.- I can get clothing for $1-3 and 100% of the profits go to the cause. I really wish I could afford to go there I really did enjoy- Just my thoughts.

I was in the Palm Coast Goodwill store on Saturday to purchase a item, but it had no price on it . I was told they could not sell it at that time because it had to be reprocessed. So I asked when should I come back so I can purchase this item. I was told to return Sunday morning, so I did. I asked about the item and a wonderful young man that remembered me said he would go look for the item in back. He was told it was not processed yet . The nice cashier said it was already processed and on the floor once it just needs the price . So the young man went back to the back again and returned with a woman whom said she was the manager .. At this point she came out with a BAD, RUDE and disrespectful attitude. I was mortified by the ignorance of a person that was suppose to be a manager. Managers are not suppose to act like that to a customer . I have never ever had any manager talk to me that way in my life. I will not ever return to this Goodwill store either to purchase or to donate.

This store had friendly employees and well-organized displays. Now it's junky and the prices are ridiculously high. What happened?

Its clean ok to shop at,how ever the employees are treated with disrespect told to work in UN safe environment for low pay and no raises in less u r management. They also cut hrs some at less then 10 hrs.they hire but don't care about those emploees. Sad! No wonder why they are .(disgruntled

Helping Goodwill Industries is helping your neighbors and your community. You can get good clean recycled appliances, clothing, furniture, household goods, shoes, etc., you name it, Goodwill probably has or shall have it sooner than you'd expect! By giving you can remain anonymous if you do desire and you will provide employment to those who need it in this economy! We must all pull together to make life better for all, including ourselves! Good Willy has always been the best place to find just about anything, including the proverbial kitchen sink! Goodwill Industries has helped and continuing helping the community and have provided employment to many. As a person with mobility challenges, I can appreciate the good they do for those like myself and many worse off, God Bless Goodwill Industries! Thinking of their kindness brings tears to my eyes!
