As an experienced personal trainer, it is my job to devise individualized programs to meet your goals and improve your general health. Believe it or not, we are not a prisoner of our genes. Whether youre an Olympic athlete or a weekend warrior, Enrichment Coaching are your go to source for in home or on the go fitness and general wellness. We have a plan that is right for everyone! Together we will help you reach your goals, regardless of your age, experience or current fitness level. In all the programs, we start with a health history questionnaire where we ask you specific questions about your health, medical, and exercise history so we can assess your situation. Then, well customize a personalized comprehensive program and set goals to get started on meeting your individual needs.
