40 years of living in different places worst post office ever looks like it's in Iraq deliver mail at 9 pm at night and sometimes u get mail twice in one day they don't answer there phones called 6 times other Jupiter answers 1st time calling there has to b a place to file complaints where has this country went

Every time I come here there is only one or two (usually one) people working even though this is one of the busiest post offices ever! I even came in December and they had not enough people working. Furthermore if you are going there to only pic up a package with your pick up slip, they make you wait on line behind people mailing boxes etc...
Other post offices have a separate line for pick up only! This place is horrible and every time I HAVE to go here I dread it! I'd rather have a sharp stick in my eye!!!!

Late, slow, poor work ethic, terrrible delivery service. I'm a local and a native. With a family member working at the USPS West Palm facility. This Gardens facility may be the worst next to Jupiter in the country. Being military we have lived all over and never had such bad mail service, package service or customer service. It's so bad I don't even pay for overnight or 2 day shipping anymore because the companies ALL OF THEM will send it but I'll never get it on time. I've had late government checks, missing checks, missing packages etc. etc. IT MAKES YOU WONDER IF THE GARDENS OFFICE KNOWS THAT US MAIL IS FEDERAL PROPERTY? Because they absolutely don't care when or if you get yours.

Everytime I go in there the lines are ridiculously slow. Picking up my moving boxes was a great hassle. Recently, I ordered a $20 package on ebay. I signed for it. I never got it. I sent three appeals. I never got it. They said they would send it to me. I never got it. And they mailed it back to the seller.

The US post office located in PBG is the most poorly managed post office I have ever been to.



The staff is lazy and rude.



Also, they do not answer their phones.

Just a mess of people. Ive had 2 parcels stolen from this facility and sandra dodd didnt fire the employee on the route

Do not go here. Today I went and was turned away because my card says to see ID which I had. The card also states it does not need to be signed to be valid. Its 2015 people most cards don't say that anymore. So even with my identification and valid card (which is the I use everywhere) I was turned away. While I Was on the phone with customer service three other people were turned away for the same reason. UPS was happy to take my packages and ship them off. There also wasn't a twenty minute wait there! This location is old and antiquated. It should be shut down. USPS needs to update their credit card policy to reflect newer chip credit cards that don't require a signature but a pin. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY!

The worst of the worst!!! This location should be shut down and every as..... that works there should be fired with no pay or benefits at all. My mother send me Express mail on 10/16/14 which should be received by me in North Miami beach on 10/17/14. As of 10/21/14 it is not delivered and shows nothing on usps.com except that it was accept it by the morons in Palm beach Gardens.

the worst location to work at. I was assigned to work there, by the manager/boss there MR John P. and he was very nasty and not caring about my religion. I am a Sabbath observer which means I don't, and cant work on Saturdays and MR John P had called me on one late Friday afternoon when I returned home from working for him, and I was not expected to come in till Monday and he tolled me that I have to show up Saturday I explained him saying please I am a Sabbath observer and lets please talk about this Monday when I am assigned to come in. and I begged him asking him not to make me come in, that it was against my religion and all he did was tell me that if you are going to work for this branch you will have to come in every Saturday for the next 10 or 20 years he is not a caring person when it comes to other peoples religion I doubt he is religious man him self, a religious person no matter what religion they are will have a heart. he is a cruel, cold person... Worst Service ever!!

I am very disappointed with the service they have given me in the office of PBG and customer service, you guys made ​​a mistake and returned all my mail that was coming for me, customer service created a ticket and is supposed to someone would call me in the next 5 days have passed 8 and no one has called me in the office of PBG promised me a call 2 days after 10 days have passed and nothing

0 Stars would still be too much. They don't answer phones, mark packages "out for delivery," but don't deliver them, info requests receive no response. The regular mail doesn't even come until at least 6pm (Sometimes 8pm), I live less than 1/4 mile from the post office. The level of incompetence, non-professionalism, and dissent of qualitative public service is astounding. Incompetence and general un-intelligence must be job requirements at this post office...Second rate leaders hire third rate employees. That's what we have here. Incidentally, this is the number to call to file a formal complaint with the office/division that oversees this post office: 305-470-0890.

I HAVE a problem with a package i send from miami beach and they never pick up the phone, also trying to contact them many ways and no answer, wost custmoer service ever, also the tracking said out for delivery, 5 days ago but my friend didnt receive the package, only thing i culd possible think is somebody stole my package.
