Lane Spa

Have been there numerous times over the years and I am never disappointed. It just get better if that's possible.

I brought my husband to Lane Spa for a couples' massage after he returned from a military deployment. (After some coaxing.) We both melted like butter under the talented hands of two professional and skilled massage therapists. It was completely relaxing and de-stressing--a very special treat. Felt like a million bucks afterward in mind, heart and body!

Hi All, As always, my experience at the Lane Spa was as wonderful as I expected! Aside from a fabulous and relaxing massage - I adore the ambiance of Lane. It is peaceful and calming - I feel relaxed just walking in the door :) Thanks again for making my day. I am going to begin giving Lane certificates to my clients as closing gifts (I'm a Realtor). It will introduce them to one of the nicest places in our community.

Dawn gave me a fantastic massage and the next day my husband received a facial. He said it was the best one he ever had. I love coming to the Lane Spa.

One word can't describe this spa! Several can be used: bliss, amazing, perfect, ahhhh. Best gift ever

My wife, a loyal client of this spa, was running ten minutes late for an eyebrow wax appointment due to traffic. Out of courtesy, she called the spa to let them know. The person who answered the phone, and then the manager, were both very rude and said she would have to reschedule--even though she's been late before without a problen. My wife said that she would not be coming back to The Lane Spa because of their rudeness and inflexibility, and the manager's EXACT RESPONSE was "Not a problem." Staff members there clearly haven't noticed that the US economy isn't exactly thriving right now. I would think any business might be treated as valued business, but I guess they don't feel this way. They evidently make enough not to care about customer service, and I learned that the manager in question was the owners' daughter, so there's no chance of her being disciplined for treating customers so rudely. Whatever, though--we found a better spa not far away and haven't had a problem.

What a wonderful and peaceful place! This is the BEST spa in town by far! When you first walk in, you get greeted by the wonderful front desk staff. What GREAT customer service skills they have... they really make you feel welcome. It doesn't stop there. The massage and facial I received was amazing! I've been to many different spas around the world, but I can tell you The Lane Spa has somthing VERY special. The whole staff is so friendly. I actually asked them if I could move in.=) lol

I can't wait until my next trip to The Lane Spa! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to the Lane Spa for 5yrs for massages . I have always been very happy with the service there. Everyone was very nice.
