Reached out to the firm hoping to find advice and guidance on how to best handle my late father's estate and help my mother, who understands English but does not fluently speak it. After several repeated calls to the firm and providing all available information to get an appointment for a free consultation, we were severely disappointed with the results. There was absolutely no help or advice provided and instead we were rudely reminded that as our mother did not speak FLUENT English, the lawyer assigned to the meeting refused to help in any way. We stated that if that was the case, then we shouldn't waste anyone's time and left. However, this entire experience was a waste of our effort and time, especially when we were still grieving our father's passing. Would NOT recommend this firm to anyone, especially a multilingual person or family.

late for the appointment. arrived and told us to wait. had not even read documents provided 4 weeks prior. not prepared at all. appeared disheveled for a first appointment of the day. not competent to discus the documentation. included in what was returned to me were 'inhouse' notes revealing that the writer of the note was personally affiliated with one of my relatives in a controversial issue.
