Sopranos

Everything was awful. It was dirty and the food was NOT authentic anything, except garbage. The staff was incompetent and slow.

Ordered 2 calzones and a small pizza. My cheese calzone was ok, slightly undercooked but edible. My hubby had bacon and onion calzone, bog chunks of onion all in one place and clumps of bacon bits, which he couldn't eat. My kids pepperoni pizza was chewy. On a positive note the sauce with the calzones was very tasty.

They have the best wings with the greatest pizza we love the service as well :)

We have been eating here since they opened and we have yet to recieve a bad meal, pizza or anything from here. We visit the establishment at least 3-4 times a month & like the consistency on the quality and quantity of food we always recieve. We have also ordered for delivery several times without issue.

I ordered a white Pizza to be delivered. When we got it each one of us (3) took a piece and and took a bite. It tasted like someone put salt on it! We could not eat it. When I called to tell them they said nothing was wrong with the pizza and asked how many pieces were left. I explained each one of us took a bite and could not eat it. They told me they could make another but it would taste the same. I said that I did not want another if it was going to taste that bad.I was told that's all I can do for you. The Pizza went in the trash. Grilled cheese that nite. I decided to go into the store a couple of weeks later and tell them my experience. The owners wife said I remember you....we have a lot of people saying our food is bad just to get things free. I said I am not one of those, the pizza was bad and ended up in the trash. Maybe they should listen to their customers! Oh I was told I can give you 25% off your next order. I will not go back.

Went in with my daughter for mommy daughter lunch. I went to the counter and ordered 10 wings and when asked said it was for here. I got to plastic cups and filled with ice water, as I was told. When they came out with the food it was all bagged up. When I went to open it, I was asked "Oh its for here? " I said yes, she then said "you can't eat here when you come to the counter and order"..I said "I have to leave?" Then another woman, I presume a manager or owner, told me I had to leave, or I had to be charged for dining in.....and they don't allow people to split food, so I would be charged for that as well. They should have let it slide this time as I told her upfront it was FOR HERE!!!!! As I left, my daughter started to cry because we were not able to have our mommy daughter restaurant time, which she loves. HORRIBLE. I've been ordering from them for 10 years. They have lost us forever!

Most of the food is pretty good and the place is always clean and looks nice but stay away from the pizza. its hit or miss and never seems the same twice. It is often a little over done and chewy enough to make your jaw hurt.

Although the pizza is amazing, the service is horrible. I went with a couple of my friends to eat. She gave us one bill without asking if we were splitting. Before we could get a chance to tell her she left and didnt return for twenty minutes. After she finally split our bills she looked and me and my credit card in hand and stated that they only took cards for a minimum of $5.00. I would have gladly added tip but she walked away before I could do so. She was very rude and I dont think I'll go back again.

My family and I have been dining at Sopranos Pizza and Mediterranean Grill for the past three years and the food has always been spectacular. Some of the specialty dishes are created by the owner who is an amazing Chef. I highly recommend this restaurant.
