To the lady that did my Ultrasound yesterday at Palm Bay Florida location, she was shaking my belly so hard to get the baby to move, I don't think that was necessary. Referring to my baby as "IT", It is a "He" and saying "I don't know what you going to do with this one" and "good luck with this one" THIS IS MY BABY, A GOD MADE HUMAN! to say the least i was so hurt after leaving this place with not even a decent image of my son. I pray that she had a better day and no one else had that experience with her. Never again do i want her near me or my baby; This is my fourth child, never had an experience like that before.

I HAD A APPOINTMENT THIS MORNING FOR A MAMAGRAM. APRIL WAS WONDERFUL SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. IT IS VERY PAINFULL GETTING A MMAGRAM

I had an ultrasound here today. The lady was very nice and accommodated my entire family., to see the baby!

if your in pain and need a fast response given to your physician than you better go somewhere else , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!

I found the ultrasound lady to be quite pleasant. She was very nice and knowledgable.

I honestly couldn't describe how disappointed I was with my ultrasound visit. The tech I had was very unprofessional and lacked any skill that is needed in this line of work. She completely ruined my experience. I would NEVER recommend this place, nor return myself. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you don't want a bitter woman to ruin a very special moment!

The lady who did my ultrasound was very rude and unpleasant. My husband wasn't aloud in the room at first until she was done. When he was able to come in we felt very rushed. I didn't even get to see to baby on the screen. After talking to a few women who also went to Florida Diagnostic they were also unpleased with there ultrasound. They also felt the lady was mean and rude. I should have known to look somewhere else when I made a appointment with them only to find out the lady never bothered to make my appointment the first time. Will not be returning for my second ultrasound to determine the gender.

The ultrasound lady was so unprofessional. My wife is pregnant. So, we went there for the 20 week gender check. First she didn't allow me to come with my wife. When she was alone with my wife, she asked her what we wished for. When she traced that the baby's gender is not the one we wished for, she came to the lobby and called me to show me the images and started teasing both of us.



On top of that, she kept her I-pad on which was playing some of her religious songs loud in the imaging room (next to the ultrasound machine) and she was humming that. This is so unprofessional in-front of people of other faith while she was providing them service.



I highly recommend anyone to always find other options before coming to Florida Diagnostic Imaging Inc at Palm Bay.
