        I stopped by to get a string replaced and to have the fine tuners looked at to discover that the electric cello I'd ordered had the tuner crimped tight before delivery. The tech fixed it no charge, and I was more than happy to shop for some sheet music and a better bow. I will definitely be back. Incredible experience.
