Nye County Democratic Party

Very disappointed that I offered help from both myself and my husband for this VERY IMPORTANT election many weeks ago, yet we were never contacted! I just can't believe that the Democratic Party is so overwhelmed with volunteers that they couldn't have used two more voices for phone calls or four more hands in some way.
Someone definitely dropped the ball in not passing along our offer! Prior to this, we had thought about attending meetings but now wonder if we would even be welcomed there. Perhaps all the party wants would be our monetary donations!
Well, we both feel this is your loss. When one is fairly new to a community and wants to volunteer, it just isn't a nice feeling to feel unwanted!
