They installed my solar system last month . The office staff helped me with all the forms I needed for my tax credits. The guys who came out were very professional and took the time to explain the system to me and repeat it all to my wife when she got home from Work. love my system. Saved $52 on my electric bill

Make sure to call well in advance. I had a mixing valve needing replacing, they sent two guys to diagnose the problem, I lost two days of work, then the guy in charge of fixing it--another appointment!!--didn't show up. This from a company that has the audacity to charge an 85 dollar deposit if YOU don't show up for their appointment. The office staff had no problem treating a paying customer suspiciously, on the mere request to use a check. Service gets about a 4 in friendliness--don't ask me how anyone can be this unhappy out here.
