Brad was very prompt when meeting for the estimate. He made it clear that the estimate was the price, none of the hidden added fees that you frequently have to deal with when having work done. He was very friendly and knowledgeable; I knew I was hiring him before he left. I met Mike the day the work was done, and he was just as friendly. They did great work and fixed my sagging floor at a fair price. They worked quickly and were accommodating of my schedule. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them if I needed more work done.

Wonderful wonderful man and business!! You literally could not ask for better. He did an amazing job, quickly, and within a reasonable budget! I can not speak highly enough about our experience! It's rare to come across a good honest company that cares more about you than your money and Brad does just that. He cares more about you as a person and your family and doing right by you than he does just the money you have to pay him. I had a terrible problem with water under my house and after months of not finding anyone to help, I found Brad and Mike!! They were so professional and were able to fix the floor that had rotted along with the floor joists as well as correct what could be future problems. I can’t say enough great things about the job they did. Afterwards, they even returned to seal a vent that a mouse had managed to slip thru so they are really my hero’s !!! Great guys !!!

Brad and Mike completely transformed our basement cellar. They provided a thorough inspection, detailed out the work required to be done and provided a fair quote. Upon completion of the work needed, they charged less which is always a pleasant surprise. They replaced a rotted sill plate, installed a moisture vapor barrier, and a new support beam. They even hauled away the debris and now our cellar is actually functional. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a company that is honest, hard working, and professional, look no further. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with Brad and Mike throughout our entire experience. Brad came out to give us an estimate and explained what all we would need to do to improve the floors in our 100 yr old house. It had been moved, had extreme sagging, and even soft joists from water damage. The sill plate needed repair, main beams needed to be ran across the span of the house, and concrete footers poured for the concrete bell jacks. It was a huge project in a tiny crawl space.

Brad and Mike were honest on what could be done, and let us know what to expect. Let me tell you...they far exceeded our expectations!!!! Not only did everything get repaired, but it was done in just a couple days; and came in under our expected budget.

It's so rare to come by honest contractors that do amazing work that are not out to get your money. By the end of the job they felt like family. They really do care about keeping their word and helping their clients. I cannot recommend them enough, this is a company that you can trust.

HAD A PROBLEM WITH A LARGE SIDE PORCH THAT HAD DROPPED DUE TO ROTTEN WOOD. CONTACTED BRAD WITH FLOORTECH. HE CAME OUT, GAVE AN EST AND PROCEDDED WITH THE JOB IN THE TIME FRAME HE PROJECTED. MY BIGGEST CONCERN WAS THE TILE CRACKING WHEN THEY RAISED THE FLOOR, OF COURSE HE COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN. JOB WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY, NEAT, AND FINISHED IN A WEEK AND NOT A CRACK IN THE TILE.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLOORTECH AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.

These guys are great! They diagnosed the issue that caused our floors to sag, set up an appointment to start the work and stuck to it. They did the job faster than originally projected, did some additional work and didn't charge extra. They delivered beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with the work they did. Brad and Mike were professional, pleasant and genuinely concerned about making us happy. They did just that. I strongly recommend this company.

After receiving estimates from various contractors, I chose Floor Tech based on my comfort level and perception of Brad McAlpine and Mike Burnette. I told them what I needed done and they told me what they could do for me. They provided an estimate with cap and were detailed in the work and material. I had a very large task of rebuilding my foundation. It took 8 days. During that 8 days, Brad kept in contact with me, listened to any concerns and addressed any questions I had. I was so very thankful for the entire crew, the order they left the area in and just the great job they did. I have recommended this company to others looking for same type of work. There was not anything that I was displeased.

We were having problems with our house settling. We called several places in Il. No one would even come out to look at our house. We called Floortech Inc Mike Burnett came right out. He was knowledgeable about what was happening to our home and explained what needed to be done. Mike and Brad were here two days putting in beams under our house. Our family lives in a 100+ year old farm house. We were wanting to do some extensive renovations but our floors were very uneven and the kitchen in particular sagged terribly plus we are planning to expand our upstairs and remove some walls downstairs. With all the structural changes planned and the obvious problems with our floors we knew we had to have someone we could trust to not only even out our floors but make sure we had the proper support from underneath to sustain the large structural changes we intend to make on the inside of our home.
