They are very promt in getting to your call. They are very knowledgeable in the repair and installations that we have had over the years. My furnace went out in the dead of winter on a Saturday morning. I called Central Heating, and he sent a pair of workers over who got it up and running in short order! His servicemen were very friendly and professional, and got it done quick. I'll definitely be calling again!

Known the Owner and his son for 54 yrs. professional staff to deal with and service is always performed in a timely manner usually in less than 24 hrs. of within the service call. I was starting to have trouble with my 1970's Lennox furnace and a/c unit in my older home. I decided to give Tommy a call at Central Heating & Air just to price a new ine. A few days later Tommy and crew replaced my old units with the new super high efficient models and what a difference it has made. I thought my heating and gas bills were already low but now they have cut in half. Thanks Tommy.

Review, I want to explain that his statement is not what happened at all. He was repaired and didn't want to pay his bill. He was turned over to collections which is rare for us to have to do. Looks like he became vindictive and used the internet to be negative. Unfortunately, he still hasn't paid his bill. I have found in this case, it was better for me to loose this customer. Fortunately for us, we've had thousands I've great customers since 1947. I'm sure we will have thousands of more great customers to come. Thank you for letting me respond. Pride in our work and customer satisfaction is a must with us.

I have used Central Heat and Air for 20+ years, but no longer. The last few times I used them it has gotten worse and worse. I would not let this place repair my toaster, much less my AC. The last time I used them was the final straw. They promise to get a part overnight when it actually takes 4-5 days. They repaired my unit, and it was working fine. I walked into my house, and a couple of minutes later I hear a loud pop, and my main breaker had cut off. The workers had shorted something inside the unit. Once they got the power back on the AC unit was NOT working but they refused to accept any responsibility for this. They got the unit running again by bypassing a sensor. I contacted the manufacturer, and was told this "repair" is not authorized or recommended. Central still has the nerve to bill me, not only for the initial work they did, but for the unauthorized repair as well! Central Heat and Air should be avoided if at all possible
