I have to say my initial encounter here was a bit rough. Our company had moved into the office tower that adjoins the complex this gym is in, and because it was so convenient, I wanted to take a look at the place. I went in at lunch one day to check it out - signed up for a ...morequick tour and was asked to wait, so I did...for nearly 20 or so minutes until finally one of the clerks at the desk said I'd have to come back another time - and this was after two other people had been taken for tours. So negative was that first experience that I wrote an e-mail to their corporate office. It took a day or so but I did get a call back from the manager, and eventually signed up for a basic membership. I went pretty regularly at first but only used the weights and other equipment. Now, three months after sustaining a running related injury, I'm back in the gym nearly every day, taking a variety of classes during lunch and after work, and I'm really enjoying it. While it is true that the place is a bit small, and is nearly always busy, the spa atmosphere really adds to the overall ambiance. Some of the class instructors are quite good, while others are not, but all in all you can't beat the convenience of the place if you happen to work in the area. And I do like the fact that it's totally for women!view less

Personal Training with Troy was the best thing that ever happened to me so far. I was overweight and in pain. After 6 months of biking, hiking and playing \"speed ping pong\" I was able to lose weight. We chose fun things to do. Like biking and ping pong. We put a tw...moreist on the ping pong and had to run after the ball and do pushups and situps and run around the table if you lost. and also in between points. this made the losing weight more fun. Then we got into some serious weight lifting. And I got strong, big and ripped!! I worked out 6 days a week and harder and harder each week. Troy put me on a routine that had me overtraining. A method very extremely effective. I paid more for this routine, but it was well worthe it!!view less
I have Multiple sclerosis and was walking about 400 steps a day and only had enough energy to take one shower a week. After 6 months I was pretty much living a normal life and am waling about 5-6000 steps a day. The workout were quite painful but they worked. They were r...moreeally painful, I dreaded Troy showing up. Other physical therapist could get me better. Troy's method was different but it worked. Usually ms is progressively worse. But with what Troy did I am now so much better. And I can even cook dinner for my husband. view less
