        Overall

        Even though there was a issue with my eye exam .confirmed by the eye doctor Who did the exam he works on the premises the manager absolutely refused to extend a refund even to redo the glasses. The doctor explained that he was not the manager of the store while he admitted if it had been him he would have given me a refund or at least giving me the choice while this is something that happens very rarely it can happen you get your eyes examined the prescription is written the glasses are made and for some reason you're not able to become accustomed to them . Finally the glasses were made over again made it with my old script and all was well at that point . With so many choices .that can be made and places to go there policy of no refund under no circumstances is not good for any consumer .I would recommend seriously looking at other places for example Wallmart has a more liberal return policy and guarantee .
