        If I were able to give a negative star, I would. That is how horrible this company is. We had a problem with restoring the electricity for one of our tenants. In efforts to speed things up, the tenants got a referral from Brooklyn Electricians hotline for this company. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! It all began as usual; an estimator arrived and gave an estimate for the job. At that time a deposit was rendered. The nightmare came when their so called electrician arrived. This guy told me that ConEdison had locked the light remotely, not physically, and that there was absolutely nothing we could do to restore it unless we upgraded the entire electric system. This upgrade by the way would cost thousands of dollars. Needless to say, all we wanted was to restore light, plain and simple. He went on to say that if he only restored light, that his company would face a fee for not doing the entire upgrade. I then gave up with him and called ConEd to restore light. When ConEd arrived, I was informed that electricity had been restored two days ago, and furthermore, the tenants didn’t have lights because I needed was to twist a knob to have the light restored. SO NOT ONLY DID THIS GUY TRY TO EXHORT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME, BUT HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE HECK HE WAS DOING!! Then to worsen the whole thing, I couldn't even get a full refund. The boss was such a coward that he had his assistants contacts me to say that his guy was there for about an hour, so I had to pay for that hour. This hour by the way, consisted of the guy trying to talk me into the upgrade. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHES, go elsewhere for your needs. For all we know, these are all inexperienced rookies.
