Ron was absolutely fantastic to work with. He had excellent customer service--willing to answer LOTS of questions. I came home to a hottub that was not hot and had very little water left. I called Ron at Sierra Spa on a Friday near closing time. He asked a lot of questions about my hottub and I sent him pictures. He drove from Springfield, MO to Carthage, MO the following Tuesday. In short order he had the problem diagnosed and the hottub up and running. He is very informative about how to maintain your hottub so that you can avoid costly repair cost. He gave me written,lamanated instructions to assure I could remember how to maintain my hottub.He also wrote down all my hottub information so if I had problems in the future I could avoid two trip charges. Recently bought a house that came with a hot tub, it was always tripping the GFI , and not having any experience with one , knew we needed to call out a professional. Called Sierra Spa repair , left message , Ron , got right back to me, and we discussed what my problem might be , worked out day and time for him to come out . Needless to say , he found the problem in a very short time , and was as he thought . Ordered a pump and on return visit was installed . I highly recommend this company, Ron was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain about operations of my hot tub . Will be using them for all my hot tub needs in the future!

I called Sierra Spa Repair to come to my home and fix my hot tub. I was having heating issues and the technician they sent out found the problem immediatly. They gave me what I thought was a fair quote to repair it. The best thing is they had the part on the truck and fixed it. Thank you Sierra Spa, you have a customer for life.

Before calling Sierra Spa, I had a bad experience with a so called local hot tub repair company advertised here on YP. Come to find out they were a national hot tub referral service that would not even give me information on any of the hot tub repair companies that they would be referring to me. They also refused to give me there or any of the tub companies locations. Sorry but nobody comes to my home without me first knowing information about them first.

I called Sierra Pool and Spa Repair at the recommendation of our spa supply store after both ourJacuzzi interior jetted tub and Jacuzzi hot tub quit working. Ron promptly identified the problem with both tubs, ordered the appropriate parts, and returned at the appointed time to quickly make the required repair. I was most impressed by his knowledge of and thorough explanation of the problem and how these tubs work. He worked with me to give me an honest assessment of what it would take to fix the problem and even completed the work for less than the estimated cost. I will definitely call Sierra Pool and Spa in the future should my spa or jetted tub require repair.

After having difficulty finding someone to restore my pool. I called the pool installer and another referred pool business and was not getting anyone to fix my pool. So I just googled "pool service for Ava MO" and the first business that came up was Sierra Pool and Spa. Ron was very helpful, he got me in contact with Jason at Oasis Outdoor to replace the liner, they did a great job installing that, then Ron came out to look at the pool equipment to tell me what I needed. The equipment had not been used in 11 years and the system was 20 years old! I replaced all the equipment with new and also went with the salt water system. He was very personable and professional and did a great job. I'm very happy with the system and the work that Ron did, I look forward to having my newly refurbished pool. My hot tub was smoking! Based on testimonials online, I chose Sierra for my repair needs. Ron promptly returned my call and took the time to hear the issues and expressed concern even empathy that this could be a major repair. Ron walked me through the issues and options and answered extensive questions. As soon as the new motor and blower came in (yeah, I had a big problem) he called and completed the repair. I could not have asked for a better experience. From the first call Ron was amazing!!! My parents who live about 30 miles outside of Springfield have been searching for someone to fix their jetted whirlpool tub. Someone who was professional an honest. With no luck I started searching on the internet and came across Sierra Pool & Spa Repair and called. Endless Pool needed cleaning, water replacement and filtering/circulating components serviced. Ron came, scrubbed calcium deposits off liner, drained pool and cleaned motor/filter. Saved us $ by letting us fill the pool ourselves.

Ron Rhodes is professional, personable, knowledgeable and dependable. He was able to come do the work within two days of our contacting him. He set straight to work - using ecological products (something that is very important to us) and wasted no time. He gave us good information for at-home maintenance of the pool and now the pool is clear and clean. Ron came out exactly when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty pump, rather than the controller or other components. The tub runs perfectly.
